Observation on the therapeutic effect of the combination of cytidine diphosphate choline and ticagrelor in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction and coma
Objective To study the prognostic effect of the combination of cytidine diphosphate choline and ticagrelor in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction and coma. Methods 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction and coma were selected.According to the random method, the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ticagrelor, while the observation group was treated with cytidine diphosphate choline on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect, occrrence of adverse reactions, coma score, neurological deficit score,interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than the control group's 70.00%(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the coma score in both groups was higher than that before treatment, and the neurological deficit score and IL-6 and IL-8 levels were lower than those before treatment;the observation group had higher coma score of(14.80±1.50)points than(12.05±1.30)points in the control group;the observation group had neurological deficit score of(9.60±1.20)points,IL-6 of(9.10±0.55)ng/ml and IL-8 of(2.85±0.20)ng/ml,which were lower than(13.20±1.50)points,(12.30±1.20)ng/ml and(4.45±0.30)ng/ml in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of cytidine diphosphate choline and ticagrelor has definite clinical efficacy in patients with acute cerebral infarction and coma.It can significantly improve the patient's coma state, repair damaged nerve function, and has high safety.
