Analysis of application effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion in patients with cardiac arrest
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion in patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation and its influence on serum interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1 β(IL-1β).Methods 80 patients with cardiac arrest were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 40 patients in each group.Comparison was made on results of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, recovery time of spontaneous respiration, spontaneous circulation and cardiac resuscitation time, basic vital signs, finger pulse oxygen, serum IL-6 and IL-1β levels in patients with effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation between the two groups. Results The effective rates of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the observation group and the control group were 85.00%and 87.50%,and there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no difference in the recovery time of spontaneous respiration and cardiac resuscitation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The recovery time of spontaneous circulation of patients with effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the observation group was(47.86±6.71)min,which was shorter than(56.24±7.52)min in the control group(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure of patients with effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the observation group was(87.64±11.08)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),which was higher than(79.63±10.32)mm Hg in the control group(P<0.05).There were no differences in body temperature, pulse, respiratory rate and finger pulse oxygen between the two groups of patients with effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation after resuscitation(P>0.05).Immediately after successful rescue, there were no differences in serum IL-6 and IL-1β levels between the two groups(P>0.05).On 3 d after successful rescue, the observation group had serum IL-6 of(87.29±10.54)ng/L and IL-1β of(57.12±8.67)ng/L,which were lower than(99.30±12.73)and(70.63±10.29)ng/L in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cardiac arrest, traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of cardiopulmonary resuscitation can reduce the systemic inflammatory response, promote the recovery of autonomous circulation, and the effect is definite.
