Observation on clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on diabetes nephropathy of spleen kidney qi deficiency type
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on diabetes nephropathy of spleen kidney qi deficiency type.Methods 120 patients with diabetes nephropathy of spleen kidney qi deficiency type were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to different treatment methods,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with modified Jianpi Yishen Gujing prescription on the basis of the control group.Patients in both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect and renal function indexes(24 h urinary protein quantification,urinary albumin/creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,blood creatinine),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,serum inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)],hemodynamic indicators(plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,fibrinogen).Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24 h urinary protein quantification,urinary albumin/creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and blood creatinine levels of the experimental group were(122.25±14.52)mg/24 h,(60.36±7.25)mg/g,(5.25±0.62)mmol/L and(77.25±8.62)μmoI/L,which were lower than(177.82±19.63)mg/24 h,(77.82±8.62)mg/g,(6.69±0.73)mmol/L and(85.25±9.79)μmoI/L in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of anorexia,limb fatigue,pale complexion,soreness in the waist and knees,and limb edema in the experimental group were(1.02±0.21),(0.98±0.15),(1.03±0.22),(1.12±0.22),and(1.04±0.26)points,which were lower than(1.36±0.25),(1.22±0.25),(1.68±0.38),(1.65±0.28),and(1.52±0.25)points in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α and hs-CRP in experimental group were(0.43±0.15)ng/L,(1.36±0.21)ng/ml and(7.25±1.36)mg/L,which were lower than(0.52±0.13)ng/L,(1.52±0.28)ng/ml and(9.25±1.56)mg/L in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index and fibrinogen level of the experimental group were(1.33±0.32)mPa·s,(2.26±0.42)and(3.31±0.35)g/L,which were lower than(1.89±0.41)mPa·s,(4.56±0.95)and(4.86±0.42)g/L in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine of modified Jianpi Yishen Gujing prescription for diabetes nephropathy patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency can effectively guarantee the treatment effect,improve the patients'renal function indicators and serum inflammatory factors.Traditional Chinese medicine plays an active role in the treatment of diabetes nephropathy,has irreplaceable diagnostic and therapeutic value,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
