Clinical efficacy analysis of mouse nerve growth factor for injection combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy
Objective To explore the efficacy of mouse nerve growth factor for injection combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy. Methods 300 children with cerebral palsy were selected and divided into a control group(150 cases, rehabilitation training)and an observation group(150 cases, mouse nerve growth factor for injection+rehabilitation training)by envelope method. The gross motor function, fine motor function language function, and treatment effect were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 months of treatment, the scores of lying, sitting, crawling and kneeling, standing, walking, running and jumping in both groups were higher than those before treatment;the scores of lying, sitting, crawling and kneeling, standing, walking and running and jumping were(40.23±5.46),(50.63±4.78),(34.23±3.98),(31.25±4.35)and(58.64±5.78)points,which were higher than(32.18±5.35),(41.27±4.62),(29.01±3.86),(26.54±4.21)and(51.05±5.63)points in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment, the scores of upper limb joint movement, visual tracking,hand-eye coordination, grasping ability, and manipulation ability in both groups were higher than those before treatment;the scores of upper limb joint movement, visual tracking,hand-eye coordination, grasping ability and maneuvering ability in the observation group were(28.76±2.45),(19.92±1.67),(45.76±2.99),(30.25±2.54)and(33.54±2.56)points,which were higher than(25.43±2.40),(16.87±1.62),(39.02±2.84),(27.11±2.43)and(28.46±2.45)points in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment, the language comprehension and language expression scores in both groups were higher than those before treatment;the language comprehension score in the observation group was(64.76±3.45)points and the language expression score was(62.89±3.25)points,which were higher than(59.62±3.37)and(57.04±3.17)points in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.33%,which was higher than 76.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of mouse nerve growth factor for injection and rehabilitation training for children with cerebral palsy can improve gross motor function fine motor function and treatment effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
