Analysis of the clinical efficacy of dapagliflozin tablets combined with Shexiang Baoxin pills in the treatment of acute episode of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction
Objective To analyze the effect of dapagliflozin tablets combined with Shexiang Baoxin pills in the treatment of acute episode of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction.Methods A total of 160 patients with acute episode of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a conventional group and a study group,each consisting of 80 patients.The conventional group was treated with dapagliflozin tablets,while the study group was treated with dapagliflozin tablets combined with Shexiang Baoxin pills.The therapeutic effect,ventricular function level,biomarkers of heart failure and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 98.75%,which was higher than 90.00%of the conventional group(χ2=5.768,P<0.05).The left ventricular end-systolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter of the study group were(35.13±2.08)mm,(58.71±2.87)%and(52.85±2.56)mm,which were superior to(39.56±2.51)mm,(43.10±2.43)%and(56.81±3.13)mm of the conventional group(t=12.154,37.127,8.759;P<0.05).The levels of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide and plasma brain natriuretic peptide in the study group were(1510.36±160.35)and(601.40±98.87)ng/L,which were better than(2219.63±152.58)and(829.53±121.36)ng/L in the conventional group(t=28.660,13.035;P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the study group were(16.08±6.84)and(11.27±9.71)points after 1 and 2 weeks of treatment,which were lower than(24.28±10.39)and(20.25±13.26)points of the conventional group(t=5.896,4.887;P<0.05).Conclusion The use of dapagliflozin tablets combined with Shexiang Baoxin pills for the treatment of acute episode of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction can improve ventricular function,reduce biomarkers of heart failure,improve therapeutic effect,and have high clinical application value.
