Analysis of diagnostic value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in early breast cancer
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in early breast cancer.Methods 106 patients with suspected breast cancer were studied,and all of them received molybdenum target X-ray examination and high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound.The specificity,sensitivity,accuracy,missed diagnosis rate,misdiagnosis rate,and detection of breast cancer imaging features of the two methods were compared using the pathological findings as the gold standard.Results Among 106 suspected patients with breast cancer,49 cases were confirmed by pathology,accounting for 46.23%.Molybdenum target X-ray examination showed positive results in 53 cases,negative results in 53 cases,missed diagnosis in 9 cases,and misdiagnosis in 13 cases.High frequency color Doppler ultrasound showed positive results in 48 cases,negative results in 58 cases,missed diagnosis in 2 cases,and misdiagnosis in 1 case.The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound were 98.25%,95.92%and 97.17%,which were higher than 77.19%,81.63%and 79.25%of molybdenum target X-ray examination(P<0.05).The missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound were 4.08%and 1.75%,which were lower than 18.37%and 22.81%of molybdenum target X-ray examination(P<0.05).The detection rates of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound for blood flow signal abnormality,mass,axillary lymph node metastasis,and microcalcifications were 81.63%,95.92%,44.90%,and 38.78%,which were higher than 34.69%,65.31%,14.29%,and 61.22%of molybdenum target X-ray examination(P<0.05).Conclusion High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound has high specificity,sensitivity and accuracy in the diagnosis of early breast cancer,which can effectively reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate.High frequency color Doppler ultrasound has obvious image characteristics for early breast cancer examination,and is more conducive to doctors'diagnosis and treatment.
