Clinical effect observation of Kuntai capsule combined with artificial cycle therapy on patients with premature ovarian failure
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kuntai capsule combined with artificial cycle therapy on patients with premature ovarian failure.Methods A total of 106 patients with premature ovarian failure were selected as research subjects and divided into groups according to the differences in patients'medication.The patients treated with artificial cycle therapy such as estradiol tablets/dstradioland dydrogesterone tablets were included in the control group(n=52),and the patients treated with Kuntai capsule on the basis of the control group were included in the experimental group(n=54).Patients in both groups were compared in terms of levels of hormones[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)]before and after treatment,ovarian volume,antral follicle count,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions.Results Compared with before treatment,LH and FSH levels were significantly decreased after treatment,while E2 level was significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the experimental group had significantly higher E2 level of(90.1±19.4)pmol/L than(80.5±17.6)pmol/L in the control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in FSH and LH levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the ovarian volume and antral follicle count in the two groups increased after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the experimental group had slightly larger ovarian volume of(2.59±0.04)cm3 than(2.38±0.05)cm3 in the control group,and more antral follicle count of(4.7±2.1)than(3.5±1.4)in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 5.6%(3/54),which was significantly lower than 19.2%(10/52)in the control group(χ2=4.604,P=0.032<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 88.9%,which was higher than 71.2%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with premature ovarian failure,Kuntai capsule combined with artificial cycle therapy can significantly improve the estrogen level,and therapeutic effect of patients,and no significant adverse reactions occur,so this measure is more suitable for clinical treatment.
