Effect analysis of infrared lamp heating traditional Chinese medicine packaging on knee joint swelling and knee joint range of motion in patients with knee synovitis
Objective To analyze the effect of infrared lamp heating traditional Chinese medicine packaging on knee joint swelling and knee joint range of motion in patients with knee synovitis.Methods 60 patients with knee synovitis were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional clinical treatment,and the experimental group was treated with infrared lamp heating traditional Chinese medicine packaging based on the control group.The joint swelling scale score,knee joint range of motion score,knee circumference measurement score,Lysholm knee joint score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The joint swelling scale score of the experimental was(0.60±0.31)point,which was lower than(2.11±0.38)points of the control group;the joint range of motion score of the experimental group was(3.20±0.24)points,which was higher than(1.35±0.17)points of the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knee circumference measurement score and Lysholm knee joint score of the experimental group were(0.12±0.05)and(3.22±0.24)points,which were lower than(2.85±0.10)and(12.42±0.46)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than 56.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Infrared lamp heating traditional Chinese medicine packaging has a significant clinical effect on patients with knee synovitis,and can improve their clinical symptoms,whcich is worth promoting.
