Study on the clinical effect of empowering education combined with"Hoo"maneuver training in rehabilitation of post-stroke fatigue
Objective To research the rehabilitation effect of empowering education combined with"Hoo"maneuver training in post-stroke fatigue patients. Methods A total of 120 patients with post-stroke fatigue were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random numerical table, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation treatment and nursing methods, and the observation group added empowering education combined with"Hoo"maneuver training to the former intervention. The fatigue severity scale(FSS)score, modified Barthel index(MBI)score,C-reactive protein(CRP)and homocysteine(HCY)levels were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results After intervention,FSS score in both groups were lower than that before intervention, and the observation group had lower FSS score of(29.55±7.62)points than(35.28±10.14)points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the MBI score in both groups was improved to a certain extent before intervention, and the observation group had higher MBI score of(58.08±15.52)points than(50.05±15.43)points in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of CRP and HCY in both groups were lower than those before intervention;the observation group had CRP of(4.58±3.07)mg/L and HCY of(11.15±4.98)ng/ml,which were lower than(7.18±3.59)mg/L and(14.85±3.68)ng/ml in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Empowering education combined with"Hoo"maneuver training has a good effect on the rehabilitation of post-stroke fatigue patients, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
