Observation of the effect of oxytocin combined with motherwort granules on postpartum subinvolution of uterus
Objective To analyze the effect of oxytocin combined with motherwort granules on postpartum subinvolution of uterus.Methods 104 patients with postpartum subinvolution of uterus were selected.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using numerical randomization,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin,while the observation group was treated with oxytocin combined with motherwort granules.Both groups were compared in terms of symptom remission time after treatment,blood rheological indicators and blood routine indicators before and after treatment,uterine floor height,uterine volume,menstrual recovery time,late postpartum hemorrhage rate,and rate of performing curettage.Results The relief time of lower back and and abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding and uterine tenderness in the observation group were(3.26±0.53),(3.36±0.64)and(3.42±0.68)d,which were significantly shorter than(5.36±1.16),(6.38±1.23)and(6.50±1.55)d in the control group,and there was significant difference in data(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,red blood cell aggregation index and plasma viscosity levels in the observation group were(3.09±0.27)mPa·s,(3.24±0.47)and(1.21±0.25)mPa·s,which were lower than(4.13±0.45)mPa·s,(4.87±0.55)and(1.50±0.36)mPa·s in the control group,and there was significant difference in data(P<0.05).After treatment,the platelet count(PLT)of(178.20±18.05)×109/L in the observation group was lower than(191.34±23.14)×109/L in the control group;the hemoglobin(Hb)of(117.27±15.27)g/L and red blood cell count(RBC)of(3.93±0.59)×1012/L in the observation group were higher than(105.01±13.29)g/L and(3.65±0.51)×1012/L in the control group;there was significant difference in data(P<0.05).After treatment,the uterine floor height of(7.93±1.22)cm and uterine volume of(88.79±15.93)cm3 in the observation group were lower than(10.42±1.65)cm and(108.89±13.41)cm3 in the control group,and there was significant difference in data(P<0.05).After treatment,the menstrual recovery time of(26.34±5.78)d in the observation group was shorter than(35.27±6.10)d in the control group;the rate of late postpartum hemorrhage and the rate of performing curettage in the observation group were 0 and 1.92%,which were lower than 9.62%and 13.46%in the control group;there was significant difference in data(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.23%,which was higher than 80.77%of the control group,and there was significant difference in data(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin combined with motherwort granules for the treatment of postpartum subinvolution of uterus can improve the efficiency of uterine involution,help patients improve blood status,shorten recovery time,and reduce the occurrence of related complications.
