Analysis of the effect of different oral repair membrane materials in guiding bone regeneration during dental implantation
Objective To analyze the effect of different oral repair membrane materials in guiding bone regeneration during dental implantation. Methods 50 patients with dental implantation were divided into a control group and an observation group using computer randomization method, each consisting of 25 cases. The control group was given titanium membrane, and the observation group was given Haiao oral repair membrane. The two groups were compared in terms of success rate of implantation, oral function index score, occurrence of postoperative complications, height of bone grafting and thickness of bone formation. Results The success rate of implantation in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 72.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group, the aesthetics score was(48.11±0.32)points,the curing score was(47.96±2.15)points,the speech function score was(48.82±1.12)points,and the mastication function score was(48.75±1.06)points,which were higher than(42.66±0.42),(42.85±2.49),(44.90±1.12),and(44.64±1.31)points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of 4.00%in the observation group was lower than 28.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The height of bone grafting and the thickness of bone formation of the observation group(2.51±0.35)and(2.66±0.53)mm,which were higher than(2.04±0.23)and(2.20±0.32)mm of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Haiao oral repair membrane has a good effect in guiding bone regeneration during dental implantation, and the probability of postoperative complications is lower.
