目的 分析支气管哮喘急性发作患者应用特布他林与布地奈德序贯雾化吸入对其肺功能及免疫细胞的影响。方法 86 例支气管哮喘急性发作患者,依据治疗方式的不同分为对照组与研究组,各 43 例。对照组接受特布他林与布地奈德常规联合雾化吸入治疗,研究组接受特布他林与布地奈德序贯雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患者临床症状消失时间、肺功能指标及免疫细胞因子。结果 研究组患者咳嗽消失时间、胸闷消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间及喘憋消失时间分别为(5。68±1。38)、(3。74±0。68)、(4。13±1。87)、(2。13±0。57)d,均短于对照组的(7。42±2。06)、(5。86±0。91)、(5。57±2。19)、(4。62±1。38)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。治疗 1 周后,研究组患者第 1 秒用力呼气容积占预计值的百分比(FEV1%)(90。66±8。90)%、呼气峰值流速占预计值的百分比(PEF%)(81。47±5。53)%均高于对照组的(82。15±8。71)%、(66。79±5。34)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。治疗 1 周后,研究组患者CD3+(62。78±3。47)%、CD4+(40。24±3。28)%及CD4+/CD8+(1。62±0。21)均高于对照组的(57。74±3。24)%、(35。56±3。13)%、(1。31±0。24),CD8+(25。02±2。18)%低于对照组的(27。22±2。57)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 就支气管哮喘急性发作患者而言,给予特布他林与布地奈德序贯雾化吸入治疗具有积极意义,可有效提高肺功能,改善免疫细胞因子,有临床推广价值。
Clinical effects of terbutaline and budesonide sequential aerosol inhalation on the pulmonary function and immune cells for patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma
Objective To analyze the effects of terbutaline and budesonide sequential aerosol inhalation on the pulmonary function and immune cells for patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma.Methods 86 patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma were selected.According to different therapies,patients were assigned to a control group and a study group,each with 43 patients.The terbutaline and budesonide aerosol inhalation was performed in the control group;the terbutaline and budesonide sequential aerosol inhalation was performed in the study group.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,pulmonary function indicators,and immune cytokines were compared between two groups of patients.Results The disappearance time of cough,chest tightness,wheezing rales and asthma were(5.68±1.38),(3.74±0.68),(4.13±1.87)and(2.13±0.57)d in the study group,which were shorter than(7.42±2.06),(5.86±0.91),(5.57±2.19)and(4.62±1.38)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second as a percentage of the predicted value(FEV1%)of the study group was(90.66±8.90)%and the peak expiratory flow rate as a percentage of the predicted value was(81.47±5.53)%,which were higher than(82.15±8.71)%and(66.79±5.34)%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the study group had CD3+of(62.78±3.47)%,CD4+of(40.24±3.28)%and CD4+/CD8+of(1.62±0.21),which were higher than(57.74±3.24)%,(35.56±3.13)%and(1.31±0.24)in the control group;the study group had CD8+of(25.02±2.18)%,which was lower than(27.22±2.57)%in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma,terbutaline and budesonide sequential aerosol inhalation shows active significance,which can effectively improve the pulmonary function and immune cytokines patients.It has clinical promotion value.
