Analysis of the significance of direct current combined with ear acupoint seed pressing on the quality of life in patients with cervical spondylosis
Objective To analyze the significance of direct current combined with ear acupoint seed pressing on the quality of life in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods 60 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,each consisting of 30 patients.The control group received routine clinical treatment,while the experimental group received direct current combined with ear acupoint seed pressing on the basis of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom rating scale score,Tanaka Yasushi cervical spondylosis symptom rating scale score,quality of life score,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The traditional Chinese medicine symptom rating scale score and Tanaka Yasushi cervical spondylosis symptom rating scale score were(43.85±4.99)and(11.22±1.24)points in the experimental group,which were better than(77.12±7.35)and(7.49±0.72)points in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The quality of life scores at the first,second and third weeks of treatment were(33.32±5.38),(64.20±5.94)and(81.25±7.21)points in the experimental group,which were better than(25.51±3.68),(39.60±3.52)and(54.82±5.37)points in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,which was better than 56.67%of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of direct current and ear acupoint seed pressing therapy has a significant effect on patients with cervical spondylosis,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and is worth promoting.
