Observation on the therapeutic effect of emotional nursing combined with Sizi San heat dissipation therapy on cerebral arterial insufficiency
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of emotional nursing combined with Sizi San(semen raphani,perilla seed,white mustard seed,tetradium ruticarpum)heat dissipation therapy on cerebral arterial insufficiency.Methods A total of 64 patients with cerebral arterial insufficiency were randomly divided into a control group(n=32)and an observation group(n=32).The control group received routine Western medicine treatment,while the observation group received emotional nursing combined with Sizi San heat dissipation therapy on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,hemorheological indicators,vascular reserve function and health status of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.88%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of(8.24±1.56)points in the observation group was significantly lower than(12.19±1.42)points in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen in the observation group were(4.89±0.40)mPa·s,(9.31±1.49)mPa·s,(1.35±0.16)mPa·s and(3.32±1.19)g/L,which were significantly lower than(6.02±0.35)mPa·s,(11.93±1.26)mPa·s,(2.27±0.29)mPa·s and(4.45±1.10)g/L in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the breath holding index(BHI)of(1.15±0.18)in the observation group was higher than(1.01±0.08)in the control group,and the resistance index(RI)of(0.51±0.07)in the observation group was lower than(0.56±0.04)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical health,mental health,life function and social function of the two groups were higher than those before treatment;the scores of physical health,mental health,life function and social function in the observation group were(65.79±4.66),(78.75±3.66),(75.98±5.56)and(89.13±4.08)points,which were higher than(52.04±5.37),(65.06±3.03),(68.35±6.02)and(80.06±4.06)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Emotional nursing combined with Sizi San heat dissipation therapy can more effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients with cerebral arterial insufficiency,improve their traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,improve their hemorheological indicators,enhance their vascular reserve function,and improve their quality of life.
