Observation on the effect of five-step fistula repair exercise combined with far infrared radiation intervention on arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients
Objective To explore the practical effect of five-step fistula repair exercise plus far infrared radiation intervention on arteriovenous fistula(AVF)in hemodialysis(HD)patients.Methods 50 HD patients admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to April 2023 were divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention guidance,and the observation group received five-step fistula repair exercise combined with far infrared irradiation intervention.The maturation time of AVF,occurrence of complications,degree of puncture pain,dialysis status and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The maturation time of AVF of the observation group was(36.33±4.62)d,which was shorter than(58.52±5.31)d of the control group(t=15.763,P=0.000<0.05).After intervention,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score in both groups was lower than that before intervention,and the observation group had lower VAS score of(1.67±0.23)points than(2.26±0.39)points in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the observation group had greater vascular diameter of(6.62±0.75)mm than(5.75±0.60)mm in the control group,and higher dialysis blood flow of(271.75±17.44)ml/min than(256.57±18.37)ml/min in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the social function score of the observation group was(76.79±6.92)points,the material life score was(78.74±7.33)points,the physical score was(81.86±6.85)points and the psychological score was(81.86±7.33)points,which were higher than(69.65±6.68),(70.78±6.98),(72.74±6.68)and(72.78±6.95)points in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than 32.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of five-step fistula repair exercise and far infrared radiation intervention has a good application effect in hemodialysis patients,which is conducive to shortening their AVF maturation time,reducing puncture pain,improving dialysis conditions,reducing the incidence of complications,and improving quality of life.
