Progress in the use of β-blockers in patients with heart failure
Heart failure is a kind of syndrome of circulatory dysfunction that is more common in cardiovascular medicine.Treatment drugs include diuretics, angiotesion converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI)drugs, etc.,thus to achieve the purpose of reducing the heart burden, reducing diuretic swelling, and enhancing myocardial contractility. With the continuous research on heart failure,β-blockers have common in the clinical treatment of heart failure. For the controversial limited application of β-blockers at the initial stage, multiple large-scale medical trials in the later stage provide a strong basis for β-blockers in the treatment of heart failure. In order to further study the clinical use and safety of β-blockers in heart failure, this article reviews the progress of β-blockers in the treatment of heart failure in recent years.
