Efficacy analysis of treadmill exercise electrocardiogram test and Holter electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease
Objective To study the clinical value of treadmill exercise electrocardiogram test and Holter electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods 50 patients with suspected coronary artery disease were selected, and all of them were subjected to treadmill exercise electrocardiogram test and Holter electrocardiogram for diagnosis, and the diagnostic efficacy of the two methods was analyzed by taking the results of coronary angiography as the gold standard. Results Among the 50 suspected patients with coronary heart disease,40 cases had positive coronary angiography, accounting for 80.00% .The accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of treadmill exercise electrocardiogram test were 96.00% (48/50),90.00% (9/10)and 97.50% (39/40),which were higher than 64.00% (32/50),20.00% (2/10)and 75.00% (30/40)of Holter electrocardiogram. There was statistical significance(P<0.05).The positive predictive value and negative predictive value of treadmill exercise electrocardiogram test were 97.50% (39/40)and 90.00% (9/10),which were higher than 78.95% (30/38)and 16.67% (2/12)of Holter electrocardiogram, and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The detection rate of coronary heart disease by treadmill exercise electrocardiogram test was 97.50%,which was higher than 75.00% by Holter electrocardiogram, and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The misdiagnosis rate of treadmill exercise electrocardiogram test was 10.00% (1/10)and missed diagnosis rate was 2.50% (1/40),which were lower than 80.00% (8/10)and 25.00% (10/40)of Holter electrocardiogram, and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Treadmill exercise electrocardiogram test has significant application value in clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease, and can realize accurate identification of lesion classification.
