Analysis of clinical value of serum immunoglobulin level testing in hepatitis B patients
Objective To analyze the clinical value of serum immunoglobulin level testing in hepatitis B patients. Methods 30 patients with hepatitis B were retrospectively collected as the study group and 30 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the control group. Both groups were tested for serum immunoglobulin levels. The serum immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),and immunoglobulin M(IgM)levels were compared between the two groups. Results The serum IgA,IgG and IgM levels in the study group were(2.24±0.75),(14.18±3.97)and(2.16±0.57)g/L,which were significantly higher than(1.65±0.49),(10.40±3.25)and(1.38±0.32)g/L in the control group. There was statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum immunoglobulin level of hepatitis B patients is significantly higher than that of healthy people, and have a high diagnostic value in clinical practice.
