Application of serum CA125,CEA,and CA199 tests in the diagnosis of early cervical cancer
Objective To analyze the application effect of serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199)tests in the diagnosis of early cervical cancer. Methods 47 patients with early cervical cancer were selected as the observation group, and another 47 patients with benign cervical diseases during the same period were selected as the control group. Both groups of patients underwent serum CA125,CEA,and CA199 tests. The levels of serum CA125,CEA,and CA199 were compared between the two groups,as well as the diagnostic efficacy of individual and combined tests for serum CA125,CEA,and CA199 in early cervical cancer. Results In the observation group,CA125 was(40.55±7.65)U/ml,CEA was(8.20±1.85)ng/ml,and CA199 was(38.56±7.70)U/ml;in the control group,CA125 was(20.56±5.89)U/ml,CEA was(3.02±1.50)ng/ml,and CA199 was(25.00±5.05)U/ml.Compared with the control group, the levels of serum CA125,CEA and CA199 in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity and conformity rate of the combined test of serum CA125,CEA,and CA199 for early cervical cancer were 95.74%,93.62% and 94.68%,all higher than 72.34%,70.21% and 71.28% of CA125 test,76.60%,74.45% and 75.53% of CEA test, and 76.60%,65.96% and 71.28% of CA199 test(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of serum CA125,CEA,and CA199 is significantly increased in early cervical cancer.Combined testing can improve diagnostic efficacy and provide important reference for subsequent diagnosis and treatment work
