Comparative analysis of the application value of two types of color Doppler sonography in early ectopic pregnancy
Objective To compare the application value of transvaginal color Doppler sonography(TVCDS)and transabdominal color Doppler sonography(TACDS)in early ectopic pregnancy. Methods 102 patients with early ectopic pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed. They were grouped according to the type of preoperative sonography they underwent,i.e.,the vaginal group(68 cases, transvaginal color Doppler sonography),the abdominal group(23 cases, transabdominal color Doppler sonography),and the combined group(11 cases, transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler sonography). The detection rate of typical ultrasound imaging signs of transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler sonography was compared,as well as the diagnostic accuracy of three groups. Results Among the typical ultrasound imaging signs detected, the detection rate of accessory masses was the highest, followed by pelvic fluid accumulation. However, the detection rate of accessory masses in the vaginal group was higher than that in the abdominal ultrasound(P<0.05).There were no differences in the detection rates of pelvic effusion, germ and primitive cardiovascular pulsation between the vaginal group and the abdominal group(P>0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of the combined group was 100.00%,which was higher than 72.06% of the vaginal group and 47.83% of the abdominal group(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler sonography can be used as the first choice for early ectopic pregnancy. The detection rate of transvaginal color Doppler sonography is high, and the diagnosis rate of combined examination is higher, which has clinical application value.
