Study on the application effect of blood test in the diagnosis of anemic disease
Objective To explore the effect of blood test in the diagnosis of anemic disease. Methods 80 patients with anemic disease were selected as the study group, and 80 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the reference group.Blood samples were collected for testing in both groups, and the results of blood tests and routine blood tests of various types of anemic diseases were compared between the two groups. Results The mean corpuscular volume, hemoglobin, red blood cell count, and mean corpuscular hemoglobin and red blood cell distribution width-coefficient of variation in the study group were(92.75±4.29)fl,(60.09±6.39)g/L,(2.09±0.35)×1012/L,(22.96±3.66)pg and(18.93±2.23)%,and those in the reference group were(88.75±3.25)fl,(125.69±12.25)g/L,(4.35±0.49)×1012/L,(28.26±2.29)pg and(12.45±2.49)% .Compared with the reference group, the red blood cell count, hemoglobin and mean corpuscular hemoglobin in the study group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group, the mean corpuscular volume and red blood cell distribution width-coefficient of variation were significantly increased in the study group(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group, the mean corpuscular volume, hemoglobin, mean corpuscular hemoglobin and red blood cell count in iron deficiency anemia patients were significantly decreased, and the red blood cell distribution width-coefficient of variation was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group, the red blood cell count and hemoglobin of megaloblastic anemia and hemolytic anemia patients were significantly reduced, the red blood cell distribution width-coefficient of variation and mean corpuscular volume were significantly increased;compared with the reference group, the mean corpuscular hemoglobin of patients with megaloblastic anemia was significantly decreased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in mean corpuscular hemoglobin in hemolytic anemia patients when compared with the reference group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the red blood cell distribution width-coefficient of variation in thalassemia patients when compared with the reference group(P>0.05).Compared with the reference group, the mean corpuscular volume, hemoglobin, mean corpuscular hemoglobin and red blood cell count were significantly decreased in thalassemia patients(P<0.05).Conclusion During the diagnosis of patients with anemic diseases, the blood test can detect the abnormal red blood cell parameters in time, and it also shows significant application value in the differential diagnosis of different anemic diseases.
