微柱凝胶检验法在RhD、ABO血型抗原鉴定中的应用价值分析

目的 探讨微柱凝胶检验法在RhD、ABO血型抗原鉴定中的应用价值。方法 120 例需行RhD及ABO血型鉴定患者,将所有取得的血样分为两份,分别使用试管法及手工微柱凝胶免疫检验法(微柱凝胶检验法)对血型进行分析。比较两种检测方式的鉴定结果。结果 120 例患者血样经试管法及微柱凝胶检验法检测后,结果均发现ABO阳性 112 例(其中A型 34 例,B型 33 例,AB型 11 例,O型 34 例),ABO阳性率为 93。33%;RhD阴性 1 例,RhD阴性率为 0。83%。两种方法的抗原检测结果符合率为 100。00%,两种方法检测血型结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0。05)。结论 微柱凝胶检验法应用在RhD、ABO血型抗原鉴定中,操作简便,准确率高,值得在临床中推广应用。
Application value analysis of microcolumn gel assay in the identification of RhD and ABO blood group antigens
Objective To explore the application value of microcolumn gel assay in the identification of RhD and ABO blood group antigens.Methods 120 patients requiring RhD and ABO blood group identification were divided into two portions and analyzed for blood group using the tube method and the manual microcolumn gel immunoassay(microcolumn gel assay),respectively.The results of the two methods were compared.Results Blood samples of 120 patients were tested by tube method and microcolumn gel assay,and 112 cases were found to be ABO positive(34 cases of type A,33 cases of type B,11 cases of type AB,34 cases of type O),the positive rate of ABO was 93.33% .1 case was RhD negative,and the RhD negative rate was 0.83% .The compliance rate of antigen detection between the two methods was 100.00%,and there was no significant difference in blood group detection between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion Microcolumn gel assay is simple and accurate in the identification of RhD and ABO blood group antigens.It is worthy of clinical application.
