Clinical observation on therapeutic effect of pediatric massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on children with tic syndrome
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pediatric massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on children with tic syndrome.Methods A total of 70 children with tic syndrome were divided into a control group and a research group according to random numerical table,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given haloperidol orally,and the research group was given massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion based on the control group.The scores of motor tics and vocal tics before and after treatment,and the treatment effect were compared between two groups of children.Results After treatment,the scores of motor tics and vocal tics in both groups were lower than those before treatment;the research group had motor tic score of(10.67±0.11)points and vocal tic score of(9.42±1.08)points,which were lower than(16.94±0.21)and(14.04±2.13)points in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the research group was 97.14%,which was higher than 77.14% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of children with tic syndrome,the combination of pediatric massage and acupuncture and moxibustion can significantly reduce the severity of related symptoms of children,and achieve better therapeutic effect.
