Effect of comprehensive rehabilitation intervention on vital signs and satisfaction of acute heart failure patients kept observation in emergency department
Objective To explore the effectiveness of comprehensive rehabilitation intervention for acute heart failure patients kept observation in emergency department, and analyze its influence on vital signs and satisfaction of patients. Methods 60 cases of acute heart failure patients kept in the emergency department were divided into two groups according to the computer random method, one group was the conventional group(n=30,conventional intervention mode),and the other group was the rehabilitation group(n=32,comprehensive rehabilitation intervention mode). The satisfaction, psychological state, stress state, inflammatory cytokine level and heart function before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with before intervention, the scores of depression, anxiety and stress in both groups were decreased after intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group[(2.50±0.36),(2.23±0.27)and(2.70±0.24)points],the scores of depression, anxiety and stress in the rehabilitation group[(1.82±0.32),(1.76±0.20)and(2.18±0.19)points]after intervention were all lower(P<0.05).Compared with before intervention, the scores of dissociative symptoms,re-experiencing of traumatic events, avoidance of traumatic events, increased anxiety or wakefulness, and social functioning impairment increased in both groups, and the social function impairment score decreased after intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group, the rehabilitation group had lower scores of dissociative symptoms,re-experiencing of traumatic events, avoidance of traumatic events, increased anxiety or wakefulness, and lower social impairment scores after intervention(P<0.05).Compared with before intervention, the serum levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin(IL)-1β and IL-6 were decreased in both groups after intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group, the levels of serum hs-CRP,IL-1β and IL-6 in the rehabilitation group were lower after intervention(P<0.05).Compared with before intervention, the cardiac output, cardiac index and peripheral vascular resistance were improved in both groups after intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group, the cardiac output, cardiac index and peripheral vascular resistance were better in the rehabilitation group after intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group(70.00% ),the total satisfaction of the rehabilitation group(90.63% )was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation intervention can improve the vital signs of acute heart failure patients kept observation in emergency department and improve their satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion and application.
