Objective To observe the effect of psychological rehabilitation combined with language training on language function in stroke patients with aphasia. Methods A total of 200 stroke patients with aphasia were divided into a research group and a control group using a random number table method, each consisting of 100 patients. The control group was treated with language rehabilitation, and the research group was treated with psychological rehabilitation combined with language training. The adverse emotions before and after the training, rehabilitation compliance, and language rehabilitation score, and rehabilitation effect were compared between the two groups. Results After the training, the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were lower than those before the training;the research group had anxiety score of(49.58±6.61)points and depression score of(49.15±3.99)points,which were lower than(54.17±5.62)and(54.02±4.74)points in the control group. The rehabilitation compliance and language rehabilitation scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before the training;the rehabilitation compliance score of the research group was(3.43±0.11)points and the language rehabilitation score was(136.26±22.42)points,which were higher than(2.03±0.34)and(110.08±14.03)points of the control group(P<0.05).The significant and moderate improvement rates of rehabilitation training in the research group were 36.00% and 41.00%,which were higher than 11.00% and 20.00% in the control group;while the mild improvement and no change rates were 21.00% and 2.00%,which were lower than 59.00% and 10.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In stroke patients with aphasia, combining psychological rehabilitation with language training guidance can significantly reduce their negative emotions, improve their compliance, improve their language rehabilitation function, and achieve ideal effects.
