Observation on the effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy apparatus combined with pelvic floor muscle training on postpartum stress urinary incontinence patients
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy apparatus combined with pelvic floor muscle training on postpartum stress urinary incontinence patients. Methods A total of 80 cases of postpartum stress urinary incotinence patients aged>20 years were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received pelvic floor muscle training guidance after lochia elimination from 42 d postpartum, and the observation group was treated with pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy apparatus on the basis of the control group.Comparison was made on pelvic floor muscle strength indicators(pelvic floor muscle resting blood pressure, pelvic floor muscle contraction pressure, pelvic floor muscle contraction duration),urine leakage volume, and therapeutic effect between two groups. Results After treatment, the pelvic floor muscle resting blood pressure, pelvic floor muscle contraction pressure, pelvic floor muscle contraction duration in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment;in the observation group, the pelvic floor muscle resting blood pressure was(44.45±5.11)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),the pelvic floor muscle contraction pressure was(47.07±3.01)mm Hg and the pelvic floor muscle contraction pressure duration was(3.31±0.63)s,which were better than(40.75±4.22)mm Hg,(41.16±2.02)mm Hg and(2.72±0.54)s in the control group(P<0.05).The urine leakage volume in the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment, and the urine leakage volume of(2.11±0.13)g in the observation group was better than(3.48±0.25)g in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 97.50% in the observation group was higher than 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy apparatus combined with pelvic floor muscle training can improve the pelvic floor muscle strength indicators of postpartum stress urinary incontinence patients, reduce urine leakage volume, and can be used as the first choice for non-surgical treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence.
