Analysis of clinical effect of personalized dietary intervention on type 2 diabetes patients using insulin pump therapy
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of personalized dietary intervention on type 2 diabetes patients using insulin pump therapy. Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes using insulin pump therapy were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received standard dietary guidance, and patients in the experimental group received personalized dietary intervention. The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, weight change and insulin requirement were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the experimental group were(6.0±0.9)mmol/L,(7.5±1.4)mmol/L and(6.7±0.5)%,which were significantly lower than(7.2±1.3)mmol/L,(9.8±2.1)mmol/L and(7.9±0.6)% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The weight change of(-1.5±0.9)kg in the experimental group was better than(-0.2±1.1)kg in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The insulin requirement of(38.1±6.3)U/d in the experimental group was lower than(50.2±8.7)U/d in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized dietary intervention has a positive clinical effect on type 2 diabetes patients using insulin pump therapy, which can effectively control the level of blood glucose, promote weight control, and reduce insulin demand. Therefore, personalized dietary intervention should be an important auxiliary treatment method for type 2 diabetes patients using insulin pump therapy.
