摘要
本文首先说明乳腺癌和自我感受负担的相关概念,其次从生存期的延长、手术方式影响、女性第二特征缺失、昂贵的医疗费用、情感负担、术后慢性疼痛出现多个方面出发,分析乳腺癌患者自我感受负担的影响因素;最后提出维护自尊、缓解疼痛、促进舒适、缓解化疗不良反应,为乳腺癌患者自我感受负担干预措施提供参考和借鉴.
Abstract
This paper firstly explains the concepts of breast cancer and self-perceived burden,and then analyzes the influencing factors of self-perceived burden of breast cancer patients from the aspects of prolongation of survival,influence of surgical methods,lack of female secondary characteristics,expensive medical costs,emotional burden,and emergence of postoperative chronic pain;finally,it is proposed to maintain self-esteem,relieve pain,promote comfort and alleviate adverse reactions of chemotherapy,so as to provide reference for breast cancer patients with self-perceived burden.
