Study on the effect of subcutaneous negative pressure drainage tube on wound healing after cesarean section
Objective To study the effect of subcutaneous negative pressure drainage tube on wound healing after cesarean section. Methods 79 puerpera undergoing cesarean section were randomly selected and divided into the observation group(40 cases)and the control group(39 cases). When the observation group underwent abdominal wall suturing,a drainage tube was placed subcutaneously and externally connected with a negative pressure drainage ball; When the control group underwent abdominal wall suturing, the incision and suturing site were located in the same position as the observation group, but no drainage tube was placed. Both groups were compared in terms of basic postoperative condition, postoperative incision healing, occurrence of postoperative incisional complications, and levels of inflammatory indexes[interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-1(IL-1)]at 1 week after surgery. Results The observation group had wound healing time of(7.64±1.43)d and hospital stay of(8.24±1.73)d,which were shorter than(9.83±2.23)and(9.14±2.24)d in the control group;the dressing change frequency of(4.23±1.15)times was less than(5.86±2.38)times in the control group;the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The grade A healing rate of 97.50%in the observation group was significantly higher than 84.62%in the control group, and the probability of secondary suturing of 2.50%was lower than 15.38%in the control group. The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative incisional complications of 5.00%in the observation group was much lower than 20.51%in the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 week after surgery, the observation group had obviously lower IL-6 and IL-1 than the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After using subcutaneous negative pressure drainage tube on the basis of conventional sutures, the wound healing is significantly better than conventional sutures, which can drain the blood, exudate and fat liquid at the incision in time,so as to reduce inflammatory reaction and promote wound healing. This method can reduce the impact of squeezing displacement on wound healing and avoid the pain caused by squeezing the wound to the puerpera, compared with the traditional squeezing method to drain the exudate.
