Analysis of clinical effect of Holter electrocardiogram in diagnosis of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease
Objective To analyze the effect of Holter electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease. Methods 200 coronary heart disease patients with asymptomatic myocardial ischemia were selected as the study subjects.Using coronary angiography as the gold standard, the diagnostic efficiency of Holter electrocardiogram for asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease was analyzed. The diagnostic results of Holter electrocardiogram were analyzed. Results Among 200 patients with coronary heart disease,113 patients had asymptomatic myocardial ischemia by coronary angiography and 87 patients had symptomatic myocardial ischemia.Among 200 patients with coronary heart disease,95 patients with symptomatic myocardial ischemia, accounting for 47.5%(95/200),with 82 episodes of myocardial ischemia within 24 h,of which 67 episodes occurred between 0:00 and 5:00 in the morning, accounting for 36.8%,and 115 episodes occurred between 6:00 and 24:00,accounting for 63.2%.105 patients with asymptomatic myocardial ischemia, accounting for 52.5%(105/200),with 278 episodes of myocardial ischemia within 24 h,of which 63 episodes occurred between 0:00 and 5:00 in the morning, accounting for 22.7%,and 215 episodes occurred between 6:00 and 24:00,accounting for 77.3%.The duration of ST segment depression was(13.5±4.6)min/time in asymptomatic myocardial ischemia patients,and(30.1±10.9)min/time in symptomatic myocardial ischemia patients;the duration of ST segment depression in asymptomatic myocardial ischemia patients was shorter than that in symptomatic myocardial ischemia patients, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Holter electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease has high clinical value, which can significantly improve the detection rate, and is of great significance for the evaluation of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease.
