Objective To study the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with Shenxiong glucose injection in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods 64 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were selected as the study cases and divided into a reference group(32 cases,treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets)and a study group(32 cases,treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with Shenxiong glucose injection)by computer digital table method.The blood lipid level,drug safety and limb function score before and after medication were compared between the two groups.Results After 0.5 months of medication,the study group had triglycerides of(1.02±0.29)mmol/L,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol of(1.53±0.34)mmol/L,and total cholesterol of(2.15±0.71)mmol/L,which were lower than(1.54±0.31),(2.42±0.79),and(3.65±0.98)mmol/L in the reference group;the high density lipoprotein cholesterol of(1.58±0.65)mmol/L in the study group was higher than(1.23±0.54)mmol/L in the reference group;the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the medication,the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.13%,which was lower than 21.88%in the reference group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 0.5 months of medication,the limb function score of the patients in the study group was(88.01±7.74)points,which was higher than(71.62±6.29)points in the reference group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of atorvastatin calcium tablet and Shenxiong glucose injection has significant effect in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease,and it can improve the patients'lipid level well.It has high safety and high application value.
