Observation on clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of atopic dermatitis
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of atopic dermatitis,so as to provide reference for the research work of relevant personnel.Methods 92 patients with atopic dermatitis were selected as the study subjects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into new group and traditional group,each with 46 cases.Patients in the traditional group received conventional Western medicine intervention,while patients in the new group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the traditional group.The treatment effect,time of disease symptom disappearance and disease treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 89.13%in the new group and 71.74%in the traditional group.Compared with the traditional group,the total effective rate of disease treatment in the new group was significantly higher,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of disease symptom disappearance and disease treatment in the new group were(8.26±1.36)and(12.69±2.87)d,which were shorter than(14.25±1.82)and(15.63±2.94)d in the traditional group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with atopic dermatitis in different age groups,the application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment can achieve satisfactory results.This method is safe and effective,and is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
