Summary of nursing experience of platelet-rich plasma combined with human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells in treatment of patients with stage 3 or above pressure injury
The study is aimed at summarizing the nursing experience of 2 patients with stage 3 or above pressure injury treated with platelet-rich plasma(PRP)combined with human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(huMSCs)to clarify the role of PRP combined with huMSCs in pressure injury repair and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of stem cells in treating pressure injury.The key points of nursing these patients are:establishing a stem cell transplantation team and clarifying responsibilities;HuMSCs culture,PRP gel preparation;stem cell transplantation;safety evaluation after transplantation;mechanism of PRP gel in wound healing;promoting effect of PRP combined with huMSCs;wound dressing management;conducting nutritional screening and developing a nutritional support plan;providing personalized psychological counseling;evaluating psychological status timely and conducting individual psychological counseling.After careful treatment and care,the sore surface was healed in both patients.
