中文摘要：目的探讨加强药事管理在促进合理用药中的作用。方法选择2022年1～6月本院10位药剂师与 500 张处方为对照组，选择 2022 年 7～12 月本院 10 位药剂师与 500 张处方为观察组。对照组予以常规管理，观察组给予加强药事管理。比较两组药品管理事件发生情况，不合理用药发生情况，不良反应发生情况。结果观察组药品管理事件发生率为 2。40%，对照组为 5。80%，观察组低于对照组(P<0。05)。观察组不合理用药发生率为3。40%，对照组为 7。00%，观察组低于对照组(P<0。05)。观察组不良反应发生率为 0。40%，对照组为 1。80%，观察组低于对照组(P<0。05)。结论加强药事管理在促进合理用药中具有积极影响，值得推广应用。

外文摘要：Objective To explore the role of strengthening pharmaceutical management in promoting rational drug use.Methods 10 pharmacists and 500 prescriptions from our hospital from January to June 2022 were selected as the control group,and 10 pharmacists and 500 prescriptions from our hospital from July to December 2022 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given routine management,while the observation group was given strengthened pharmaceutical management.Comparison of the occurrence of drug management events,irrational drug use,and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The incidence of drug management events was 2.40%in the observation group and 5.80%in the control group;the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of irrational drug use was 3.40%in the observation group and 7.00%in the control group;the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 0.40%in the observation group and 1.80%in the control group;the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening pharmaceutical management has a positive impact on promoting rational drug use and is worth promoting and applying.
