The effect of ultra early finger exercises on the incidence and degree of finger swelling in patients after interventional procedure for myocardial infarction
Objective To explore the effect of ultra early finger exercises on the incidence and degree of finger swelling in patients after interventional procedure for myocardial infarction. Methods 108 patients with myocardial infarction were selected.According to a random number table, the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 54 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention after intervention, while the observation group received ultra early finger exercise after intervention.Comparison on visual analogue scale(VAS)score, incidence of finger swelling, degree of finger swelling, blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and red blood cell aggregation index before and after intervention between the two groups. Results The VAS score of the observation group at 6 h after surgery was(2.50±0.34)points,which was significantly lower than(4.02±0.41)points of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of finger swelling was 29.63%in the observation group, which was significantly lower than 48.15%in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of finger swelling in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the level of hemorheological indicators in both groups was significantly lower than those before intervention;the blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and red blood cell aggregation index in the observation group were(4.65±0.32)mPa·s,(1.70±0.08)mPa·s,(0.36±0.05)and(4.01±0.62),which were significantly lower than(4.91±0.67)mPa·s,(1.83±0.10)mPa·s,(0.42±0.12)and(4.33±0.75)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultra early finger exercises can reduce the incidence and degree of finger swelling in patients after interventional procedure for myocardial infarction, improve hemorheological levels, and is worth promoting.
