Analysis of the application effect of fast-track surgery nursing in the rehabilitation after thoracoscopic resection of pulmonary lesions
Objective To explore the application effect of fast-track surgery nursing in the rehabilitation after thoracoscopic resection of pulmonary lesions. Methods A total of 76 patients who underwent thoracoscopic resection of pulmonary lesions as study subjects were randomly divided into a control group(38 cases)and an observation group(38 cases). The control group received routine postoperative rehabilitation measures, while the observation group received fast-track surgery nursing after surgery. The levels of stress response indexes[heart rate(HR),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)]before and after intervention and complications were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the levels of HR,IL-6,TNF-α and CRP between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,HR of(90.33±4.46)beats/min in the observation group was higher than(81.25±5.93)beats/min in the control group;the observation group had IL-6 of(25.83±5.41)ng/L,TNF-α of(55.89±6.59)ng/L and CRP of(4.35±0.75)mg/L,which were lower than(37.29±6.46)ng/L,(70.34±6.82)ng/L and(6.52±0.33)mg/L in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fast-track surgery nursing after thoracoscopic resection of pulmonary lesion has good effect, the change of stress response index of patients is not obvious, and the complications are less, which is worth popularizing.
