Comparison on the curative effect of laparoscopic myomectomy and traditional laparotomy on patients with uterine fibroid
Objective To compare the effect of laparoscopic myomectomy and traditional laparotomy on patients with uterine fibroid. Methods 98 patients with uterine fibroid were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional laparotomy, and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy.Comparison was made on surgery-related indicators, the occurrence of postoperative complications and the levels of endocrine function indicators[follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)]before and after surgery between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss of(93.6±12.1)ml in the observation group was less than(116.4±17.5)ml in the control group;the observation group had exhaust recovery time of(24.3±5.2)h and hospitalization days of(5.3±1.1)d,which were shorter than(41.6±8.7)h and(8.2±0.6)d in the control group;the surgical time of(74.3±10.5)min in the observation group was longer than(57.2±6.3)min in the control group;the difference was significant(P<0.05).3 months after surgery, the levels of FSH and LH in the observation group were not significantly different from those before surgery in this group(P>0.05).3 months after surgery, the levels of FSH and LH in the control group were higher than those before surgery, and the differences were significant(P<0.05).3 months after surgery, the levels of FSH and LH in the observation group were(4.39±0.16)and(6.78±0.65)U/L,which were lower than(7.52±0.53)and(8.75±1.03)U/L in the control group, and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 8.16%,which was significantly lower than 22.45% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy has high safety in the treatment of uterine fibroid, has little impact on the endocrine function of patients, and can reduce the occurrence of complications and promote the rehabilitation of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
