Efficacy and safety of hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of residual pregnancy tissue
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of residual pregnancy tissue. Methods 100 patients with residual pregnancy tissue were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with complete curettage of uterine cavity under ultrasound, and patients in the observation group were treated with hysteroscopic surgery. The perioperative indicators, success rate of one-time curettage, postoperative recovery effect and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the observation group had operation time of(22.38±2.54)min,and the intraoperative blood loss of(14.98±2.45)ml,which were less than(42.65±3.82)min and(22.19±3.55)ml in the control group;the success rate of one-time curettage of 98.00% in the observation group was higher than 82.00% in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group, the postoperative bleeding time was(2.98±0.48)d,the menstrual recovery time was(28.76±1.87)d,and the time for serum human chorionic gonadotropin decreased to normal level was(2.45±0.15)weeks,which were shorter than(6.19±0.54)d,(32.49±2.12)d,and(3.15±0.25)weeks in the control group;the endometrial thickness of(0.61±0.12)cm in the observation group was thicker than(0.55±0.09)cm in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of 2.00% in the observation group was lower than 20.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with residual pregnancy tissue undergoing hysteroscopic surgery have better perioperative indicators, shorter postoperative recovery time, lower risk of postoperative complications, and significant clinical application value.
