Effect of intravenous thrombolysis on neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction
Objective To analyze the effect of intravenous thrombolysis on neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 50 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as the experimental group, all of which were treated with intravenous thrombolysis.50 healthy individuals undergoing routine health check-ups were selected as the reference group.Comparison was made on scores of Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS),Barthel Index(BI)and Neuropathy Disability Scale(NDS)before and after treatment in the experimental group,as well as ESS,BI and NDS scores between the experimental group before treatment and the reference group. Results ESS,BI and NDS scores of the experimental group were(17.13±1.20),(73.53±1.32)and(108.43±1.63)points before treatment,and(9.77±1.39),(86.27±1.56)and(70.88±1.90)points after treatment.ESS,BI and NDS scores of the reference group were(6.49±2.10),(93.39±1.64)and(38.45±1.42)points.ESS score and NDS score of the experimental group before treatment were higher than those of the reference group, and BI score was lower than that of the reference group. The differences were significant(P<0.05).ESS score and NDS score of the experimental group after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and BI score was higher than that before treatment. The differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous thrombolysis treatment significantly improves the neurological function of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
