The clinical effect of budesonide combined with epinephrine alternate aerosol inhalation in the treatment of acute laryngitis with laryngeal obstruction in children
Objective To explore the clinical effect of budesonide combined with epinephrine alternate aerosol inhalation in the treatment of acute laryngitis with laryngeal obstruction in children. Methods 160 children with acute laryngitis and laryngeal obstruction were divided into a control group and a test group using a random number table method, each with 80 cases. The control group received budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment, and the test group received budesonide combined with epinephrine alternate aerosol inhalation treatment. The treatment effect, disappearance time of clinical symptoms, and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group(88.75% ),the total effective rate(98.75% )was higher in the test group(P<0.05).After treatment, the disappearance time of laryngeal tinnitus, barking cough, dyspnea and hoarseness in children in the test group were(13.99±2.87),(3.61±0.23),(11.29±2.11)and(7.88±0.45)h,which were shorter than(21.76±3.23),(7.99±0.45),(20.84±2.88)and(14.21±2.11)h in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, there was no difference in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Alternating aerosol inhalation of budesonide and epinephrine has significant clinical effect has significant efficacy on children with acute laryngitis and laryngeal obstruction, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with better treatment safety, and has significant clinical application value.
