Observation on the application effect of Yuxuebi tablets in postoperative limb swelling after fracture surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of Yuxuebi tablets in postoperative limb swelling after fracture surgery.Methods 110 patients with postoperative limb swelling after fracture surgery were selected as the research subjects.Based on the random number table method,the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,each consisting of 55 cases.The control group was treated with Wusong Zhongtong Tincture,while the observation group was treated with Wusong Zhongtong Tincture and Yuxuebi tablets.The treatment effect,swelling improvement,pain score,inflammation level of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.19%,which was significantly higher than 81.82% of the control group,and there was statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After treatment,the diameter differences of the thighs and calves in the observation group were(0.52±0.14)and(0.73±0.26)cm,which were significantly smaller than(1.08±0.42)and(1.56±0.52)cm in the control group,and there was statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the pain score of(1.84±0.23)points of the observation group was significantly lower than(4.05±1.14)points of the control group;there was statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After treatment,the observation group had interleukin-6(IL-6)of(4.26±1.22)pg/ml,C-reactive protein(CRP)of(4.01±1.25)mg/L,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)of(1.14±0.16)ng/ml,which were significantly lower than(6.15±1.03)pg/ml,(7.22±1.64)mg/L and(1.82±0.27)ng/ml in the control group,and there was statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of limb swelling of postoperative fractures,Yuxuebi tablets show a significant therapeutic effect,which can improve the degree of swelling and inflammation while effectively improving the treatment efficiency.It is worth promoting and applying.
