The application value of early rehabilitation training for patients after urological laparoscopic surgery
Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation training for patients after urological laparoscopic surgery. Methods 72 patients receiving urological laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given early rehabilitation training on this basis. The postoperative time indicators, complication occurrence and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative exhaust time, feeding time, ambulation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were(22.42±3.75)h,(29.33±4.87)h,(20.17±6.44)h and(7.62±1.14)d,which were significantly shorter than(28.61±4.31)h,(36.52±5.23)h,(28.25±5.66)h and(9.82±1.35)d of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 5.56% in the observation group, which was significantly lower than 22.22% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.22%,which was significantly higher than 80.56% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of early rehabilitation training for patients after urological laparoscopic surgery can accelerate the speed of postoperative rehabilitation, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve satisfaction. It is a method with high clinical value.
