Exploring the effects of postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation training on postpartum injury recovery, uterine involution, and breastfeeding in women undergoing cesarean section
Objective To explore the effects of postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation training on postpartum injury recovery, uterine involution, and breastfeeding in women undergoing cesarean section. Methods 100 cases of cesarean section were selected and divided into a control group(routine intervention)and an observation group(routine intervention+postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation training)according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The postpartum injury recovery, uterine involution and breastfeeding of the two groups were compared. Results The recovery rate of postpartum injury of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).In the observation group, the duration of postpartum lochia was(2.78±0.36)weeks,the numerical rating scale(NRS)score was(1.76±1.11)points,the rate of uterine fundus descent was(2.06±0.54)cm/d and the height of uterine fundus was(10.12±1.98)cm,which were better than(3.28±0.31)weeks and(2.58±1.26)points,(1.65±0.42)cm/d and(12.15±1.85)cm in the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The lactation initiation time of the observation group was(19.67±2.64)h,the lactation score at 3 d after delivery was(2.58±0.33)points and the breastfeeding self-efficacy score was(92.04±3.28)points,which were better than(24.89±3.56)h,(2.13±0.32)and(80.23±4.65)points of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation training for women after cesarean section has a definite effect, which can improve the recovery effect of the uterus, improve postpartum lactation and breastfeeding, and thus improving the maternal quality of daily life.It has clinical promotion value.
