仿生物电刺激联合康复训练在产后腹直肌分离患者中的应用效果观察

目的 观察仿生物电刺激联合康复训练对产后腹直肌分离的效果。方法 60 例产后腹直肌分离患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组 30 例。对照组采用康复训练,研究组在对照组基础上联合仿生物电刺激。比较两组干预前后腹直肌分离距离及腹围指标、肌力分级情况、腰背疼痛评分、生活质量评分及临床疗效。结果 干预后,两组脐上围、脐围、脐下围及脐上、脐下腹直肌分离距离均较本组干预前缩短,且研究组脐上围(81。98±2。58)cm、脐围(78。80±3。77)cm、脐下围(80。88±4。30)cm、脐上腹直肌分离距离(0。85±0。11)cm、脐下腹直肌分离距离(0。98±0。18)cm短于对照组的(86。62±5。62)、(82。30±4。05)、(89。06±6。35)、(1。22±0。27)、(1。32±0。12)cm,具有显著差异性(P<0。05)。干预后,两组腹直肌肌力、盆底肌肌力分级及生活质量评分较本组干预前提升,且研究组腹直肌肌力分级(3。59±0。42)级、盆底肌肌力分级(3。97±0。61)级、生活质量评分(95。92±3。17)分高于对照组的(2。76±0。43)级、(2。81±0。65)级、(91。34±4。18)分;腰背疼痛评分较本组干预前下降,且研究组腰背疼痛评分(0。92±0。29)分低于对照组的(1。85±0。44)分,具有显著差异性(P<0。05)。研究组总有效率100。00%高于对照组的 80。00%,具有显著差异性(P<0。05)。结论 产后腹直肌分离患者应用仿生物电刺激联合康复训练干预,可显著减少腹围、腹直肌分离距离,改善盆底肌肌力情况,减轻腰背痛严重程度,改善生活质量,效果理想,值得临床推广。
Observation on the application effect of biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training on postpartum patients with diastasis recti abdominis
Objective To observe the effect of biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training on postpartum patients with diastasis recti abdominis.Methods 60 postpartum patients with diastasis recti abdominis were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received rehabilitation training,and the study group combined with biomimetic electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.Comparison was made on separation distance of diastasis recti abdominis,abdominal circumference index,pelvic floor muscle strength,low back pain and quality of life score before and after intervention,and clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the supraumbilical circumference,umbilical circumference,infraumbilical circumference and the separation distance of supraumbilical and infraumbilical diastasis recti abdominis in both groups were shorter than those before intervention in this group;in the study group,the supraumbilical circumference was(81.98±2.58)cm,the umbilical circumference was(78.80±3.77)cm,the infraumbilical circumference was(80.88±4.30)cm,the separation distance of supraumbilical diastasis recti abdominis was(0.85±0.11)cm,and the separation distance of infraumbilical diastasis recti abdominis was(0.98±0.18)cm,which were shorter than(86.62±5.62),(82.30±4.05),(89.06±6.35),(1.22±0.27),and(1.32±0.12)cm in the control group;there was a significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,the muscle strength grading of rectus abdominis muscle and pelvic floor muscle and quality of life score of the two groups improved compared with that of the group before intervention,and the low back pain score decreased compared with that of the group before intervention;the muscle strength grading of rectus abdominis muscle and pelvic floor muscle and quality of life score were(3.59±0.42)grades,(3.97±0.61)grades and(95.92±3.17)points,which were higher than(2.76±0.43)grades,(2.81±0.65)grades and(91.34±4.18)points in the control group;the low back pain score of(0.92±0.29)points in the study group was lower than(1.85±0.44)points in the control group;there were significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 100.00% in the study group was significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the postpartum patients with diastasis recti abdominis,the treatment of biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training can significantly reduce the abdominal circumference and separation distance of diastasis recti abdominis,improve the pelvic floor muscle strength,reduce the severity of low back pain,improve the quality of life,obtain the ideal treatment effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
