Analysis of the significance of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture on limb function and quality of life in stroke patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type hemiplegia
Objective To analyze the significance of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture on limb function and quality of life in stroke patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type hemiplegia.Methods 60 cases of patients with stroke patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type hemiplegia were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine clinical treatment,while the experimental group received Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture based on the control group.The Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)scores,activities of daily living(ADL),and comprehensive efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results At the 1st,2nd and 4th week of treatment,the FMA scores of the experimental group were(33.5±1.1),(57.2±1.5)and(77.3±1.8)points,which were higher than(32.0±1.2),(52.1±1.3)and(66.9±1.7)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of 83.33%in the experimental group was higher than 56.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the 2nd and 4th week of treatment,ADL scores of the experimental group was higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture has a significant effect on stroke patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type hemiplegia,and can effectively improve their clinical symptoms,and is worth promoting.
