Analysis of the promoting effect of language cognitive training on limb function rehabilitation in children with cerebral palsy
Objective To explore the promoting effect of language cognitive training on limb function rehabilitation in children with cerebral palsy. Methods 60 children with cerebral palsy were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training, and the observation group received language cognitive training based on routine rehabilitation training. The recovery of limb function was compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention, there were no differences in the scores of prone and turn-over energy zone, seated energy zone, crawling and knee-standing energy zone, standing energy zones, and walking and running and jumping energy zone between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the scores of prone and turn-over energy zone, seated energy zone, crawling and knee-standing energy zone, standing energy zones, and walking and running and jumping energy zone were(48.63±8.79),(55.23±10.46),(38.56±5.69),(36.57±6.55)and(69.38±13.47)points,which were higher than(30.52±5.66),(33.49±6.28),(22.58±5.19),(21.59±4.67)and(38.24±8.19)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying language cognitive training to children with cerebral palsy has significant advantages and can improve their limb function, enhance rehabilitation effects, and have far-reaching promotion significance.
