The impact of family rehabilitation training and simulation game training on the behavior and severity of autism in children
Objective To explore the application effect of family rehabilitation training and simulation game training on the behavior and severity of autism in children. Methods 88 children with autism were divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method, with 44 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training, while the observation group received family rehabilitation training and simulation game training on the basis of the control group. The behavior, severity of illness, developmental status, and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Before training, there was no significant difference in the score of aberrant behavior checklist(ABC)between the two groups(P>0.05).After training, the ABC score in both groups was lower than that before training, and the ABC score of(58.15±4.31)points in the observation group was lower than(77.79±7.24)points in the control group(P<0.05).The severity of illness in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before training, there were no significant differences in scores of gross motor behavior, adaptive behavior, personal social ability, language ability and fine motor scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with(80.87±6.33),(71.86±5.73),(69.63±5.37),(65.43±4.92)and(81.83±6.88)points in the control group after training, the score of gross motor behavior of(86.33±7.24)points,adaptive behavior of(75.88±5.90)points,personal social ability of(74.79±5.22)points,language ability of(69.72±5.11)points and fine motor of(86.85±6.92)points in the observation group were all higher(P<0.05).The total family satisfaction of 95.45%in the observation group was higher than 81.82%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family rehabilitation training and simulation game training have good application effects in children with autism, which are conducive to improving their behavior, reducing the severity of illness, promoting the growth and development of children, and increasing family satisfaction.
