Rehabilitation treatment analysis of knee osteoarthritis with knee joint surface replacement surgery
Objective To analyze the rehabilitation method and effect of knee joint surface replacement in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods 80 patients who underwent knee joint surface replacement surgery for knee osteoarthritis were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group using the two-color ball method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received traditional rehabilitation treatment, while the experimental group received rapid rehabilitation treatment. The knee function, knee curvature, quality of life and pain scores, bad mood and sleep quality were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the Lysholm score of (82.25±7.28) points in the experimental group was significantly higher than (73.31±7.40) points in the control group, and the knee curvature of (117.45±4.90)° was significantly higher than (110.72±6.30)° in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the activities of daily living (ADL) score of (89.22±4.48) points in the experimental group was higher than (76.29±4.60) points in the control group, and the visual analogue scale (VAS) score of (3.40±0.94) points was lower than (4.65±1.08) points in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the experimental group had scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) of (42.95±4.77) points and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score of (4.32±1.15) points, which were lower than (53.28±4.79) and (7.72±1.40) points in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation treatment is effective for patients with knee osteoarthritis after knee joint surface replacement surgery and is worthy of promotion.
