Analysis of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of compatibility of medicines combined with micro-differentiation on pemphigus
Objective To summarize the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of compatibility of medicines combined with micro-differentiation on pemphigus (including pemphigoid). Methods 30 patients with pemphigus were divided into a control group and a treatment group according to the time of consultation and medical record number,with 15 cases in each group. The control group was given oral prednisone acetate tablets,and the treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of compatibility of medicines combined with micro-differentiation on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,hormone dose,skin lesion area and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of 100.00％ in the treatment group was higher than 73.33％ in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the hormone dose of (5.21±1.92) mg/d in the treatment group was less than (7.19±2.01) mg/d in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the skin lesion area in both groups was smaller than that before treatment,and the skin lesion area of (8.01±3.28) cm2 in the treatment group was less than (11.03±3.89) cm2 in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of 20.00％ in the treatment group was lower than 60.00％ in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of compatibility of medicines combined with micro-differentiation on pemphigus can alleviate the condition,and the curative effect is significant. It is safe and effective,and worthy of clinical promotion.
