摘要
目的 探讨月经失调患者采用逍遥丸合四物汤加减治疗的临床效果.方法 选取70例月经失调患者,按随机数字表法分成对照组(n=35,常规西医治疗)与研究组(n=35,在常规西医治疗基础上增加逍遥丸合四物汤加减治疗).对比两组治疗效果、血清性激素[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)]水平、中医证侯积分、血液流变学、不良反应发生率及复发率.结果 研究组治疗总有效率94.29％ 较对照组的74.29％ 高(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组FSH、LH水平较对照组低,E2水平较对照组高(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组月经周期评分(0.82±0.23)分、月经量评分(0.92±0.32)分、经期评分(1.05±0.36)分、经色评分(0.75±0.26)分、经质评分(0.82±0.33)分均低于对照组的(1.52±0.32)、(1.42±0.42)、(1.35±0.28)、(1.48±0.32)、(1.28±0.23)分(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组全血高切粘度(4.15±0.42)mPa·s、全血低切粘度(7.62±0.61)mPa·s、血浆粘度(1.31±0.22)mPa·s均低于对照组的(5.32±0.38)、(9.52±0.72)、(1.56±0.42)mPa·s(P<0.05).研究组不良反应发生率5.71％较对照组的25.72％低(P<0.05).研究组复发率2.86％ 较对照组的22.86％ 低(P<0.05).结论 对月经失调患者采用逍遥丸合四物汤加减治疗可改善血清性激素水平及血液流变学,缓解临床症状,不良反应发生率及复发率均较低,治疗效果确切.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoyao Pill combined with modified Siwu Decoction in the treatment of patients with menstrual disorders. Methods 70 patients with menstrual disorders were selected and divided into a control group (n=35,conventional Western medicine treatment) and a study group (n=35,conventional Western medicine treatment on the basis of Xiaoyao Pill and modified Siwu Decoction) according to random numerical table. Comparison was made on therapeutic effect,serum sex hormone[follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH),estradiol (E2)]levels,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,hemorheology,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of 94.29％ in the study group was higher than 74.29％ in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,FSH and LH levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and E2 level was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the study group had menstrual cycle score of (0.82±0.23) points,menstrual volume score of (0.92±0.32) points,menstrual period score of (1.05±0.36) points,menstrual color score of (0.75±0.26) points,and menstrual quality score of (0.82±0.33) points,which were lower than (1.52±0.32),(1.42±0.42),(1.35±0.28),(1.48±0.32),and (1.28±0.23) points in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the study group had whole-blood high-shear viscosity of (4.15±0.42) mPa·s,whole-blood low-shear viscosity of (7.62±0.61) mPa·s,and plasma viscosity of (1.31±0.22) mPa·s,which were lower than (5.32±0.38),(9.52±0.72),and (1.56±0.42) mPa·s in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of 5.71％ in the study group was lower than 25.72％ in the control group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of 2.86％ in the study group was lower than 22.86％ in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with menstrual disorders,Xiaoyao Pill combined with modified Siwu Decoction can improve the serum sex hormone level and hemorheology,alleviate the clinical symptoms,and the incidence of adverse effects and recurrence rate are low,so the therapeutic effect is definite.
